We are now taking orders for honeybees for the 2025 spring season!
Here are the payment options available for your order: 1 You can conveniently place your order here using a credit card. 2. Alternatively, you can send a check to 5817 Smith Station Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Please make the check out to Burnley Farm Apiary and include a note detailing your order along with all relevant contact information to save on credit card and tax charges. 3. If you prefer, you can meet us at the above address and pay in cash. We will provide you with an invoice at that time. Just remember to call ahead to schedule meeting date and time. Once your payment clears, you will be added to the pick-up list.
Package pick up dates: April 5 2024 - Orders for package honey bees, nucs & queens they will be ready for pick up April 5. An email will be sent out with pick up instructions Monday, April 1.
Package pick up location: There are two pick up locations: The first location runs from 8 AM to 12 PM at Massaponax High School 8201 Patriot Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 . (RT 1)
The second location runs from 2 PM to 4:30 PM at B & D Botanicals 17110 Beaver Dam Rd. Beaverdam VA. 23015. (Hanover Co) This is B & D Botanicals farm and nursery.
Important!!!: If you miss the first location you will need to drive to the second. We do not hold bees! Please do not ask. Make sure you pick up your bees.
If you want to pick up your bees in Beaverdam please make a note on your order or email us so we're not looking for you.
Make sure all your information is correct so we can notify you of updates. We do our best to keep everyone up to date but if your info is wrong we can not and you will not receive updates.

PayPal is our credit card processor. They take all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to use their service however if you have an account please make sure your information is up to date so you get any and all news related to your purchase.
Due to an excessive hike in the cost of lumber we had to raise our prices to accommodate. We have always prided ourselves on keeping our cost as low as possible and still provide an excellent product and apologize for the increase.
Christmas orders: If a hive is wanted for Christmas all orders must be placed no later than December 5th. This will give us a chance to complete orders by Dec 15th. Any and all hive orders placed after December 5th will be built during the winter months and made available by March 1st. We will call when your order is ready for pick up.
